Although we carefully inspect each pair of shoes before shipping to ensure quality, we understand that in certain cases, customers may need to return a product. Please review our return policy below:
1. Return Period
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• Requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Return/Exchange Conditions
• The product must be intact, unused, and not dirty or damaged.
• The shoebox, protective bag, tags, labels, and accompanying accessories must be fully included.
We do not support returns/exchanges in the following cases:
• The customer chose the wrong size, wrong color, or changed their mind after purchase.
• The product has been used, shows signs of wear, damage, or has been altered by the customer.
• The product is custom-made or personalized.
3. In Case of Defective or Damaged Product Upon Receipt
• If the product has a technical defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.
• We will promptly inspect the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the condition of the product.
4. Return/Exchange Process
• Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] and let us know the issue you’re experiencing.
• Provide photos of the product and the purchase invoice for our verification.
• Send the product to the address we provide after your request is approved.
• Return/Exchange Shipping Fee:
Depending on the issue, we will determine who is responsible for the shipping cost. If the product has a technical defect or the fault is on our end, we will cover the full shipping cost.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. After this period, the order may not be cancelable depending on the production department’s processing status.
• Before placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely (including house number and street name) to avoid delays or lost shipments.
• If the shipping address is incorrect and the delivery fails, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss.
